Attention all Grad 2024 students who have played for Lynn Valley Little League (“LVLL”)!
LVLL has a $1000 scholarship that we would like to give out to 2 alumnae of Lynn Valley Little League.
MANDATORY QUALIFICATION
Must be part of the graduating class of 2024, and must have been a Lynn Valley Little League Player for at least 1 season.
In choosing the successful applicant, the Board of Lynn Valley Little League will give preference for the following:
- Duration that the candidate played in LVLL
- Ongoing involvement in baseball after LVLL
- Involved in team sport after LVLL
- Community involvement
- Exhibiting skills and values learned through playing LVLL, including: Sportsmanship, Integrity, Perseverance and Leadership
Please provide a short essay (no longer than one page) outlining the years you played at LVLL, the last team you played for at LVLL, and the reasons you would be a good candidate for the scholarship. Please send your application to info@lvll.ca by May 1, 2024. Late submissions cannot be considered.
Successful candidates will be contacted by June 1, 2024.
