Membership

In accordance with the LVLL Constitution – amended and adopted in December 2019 – membership in the Association can be attained in one of three membership classes:

  • Player Members: Any player who has paid his/her dues and who resides within the authorized boundaries of the Society shall be eligible to compete for participation to become a Player Member. Player Members have no rights, duties or obligations in the management or in the property of the Association, other than to participate as a player. Player membership is valid the year of play through March 31 of the following year.
  • Regular Members: Any adult who is a parent or guardian of a Player Member is eligible to become a Regular Member. Any adult (18 years or older) appointed as an Active Officer, Board Member, Committee Member, Manager, Coach, or Volunteer Umpire is also eligible to become a Regular Member. Only Regular Members in good standing are eligible to vote at an annual general meeting or a General Meeting.
  • Associate Members: Any Person who is interested in advancing the purposes and supporting the activities of the Association is eligible to become an Associate Member. Associate Members shall have no rights, duties or obligations in the Management or in the property of the Society. This is a non-voting membership class.

Those eligible and interested in applying for Regular Membership in the Association can apply using the functions provided in the online registration process. Those interested in applying for Associate Membership, can do so by emailing the League Registrar and making their intentions known or marking the membership application in the yearly registration flow.
